Compensation from Easy Jet

Compensation for delayed/cancelled flight from Easy Jet

Conditions for compensation

Flights that arrive at their destination more than three hours after their scheduled arrival time or are cancelled within 14 days of departure are eligible for compensation. For delays before the flight’s departure, passengers may be eligible for free international calls or airport vouchers depending on the length of the delay and the flight’s distance.

Documents required for compensation

For cancelled or delayed flights, passengers can fill in the EC261 compensation form to file for claims. The claimant will need to provide flight information and bank account details for refunds. Travel agents claiming on behalf of a passenger may need to provide more information. Passengers on diverted flights will be eligible for compensation for any ground transportation used to reach their final destination, such as buses, trains, and ferries. You will need to submit the receipts for those transportation costs.

Remember to keep your boarding pass, flight ticket, or a booking confirmation as it may be necessary to complete claim form.
